- Ajiaco - A Chicken Soup with Yellow Potatoes. Served with Corn, Avocado, and Cream. Traditional from Bogotá.
- Bandeja Paisa - A Big Dish Composed by at least 11 Ingredients - Beans, Rice, Ground Beef, Chicharron, Fried Egg, Plantain, Chorizo, Arepa, Morcilla, Tomatoes, and Avocado. Traditional from Antioquia.
- Chocolate - A Hot Milk Chocolate Drink Served with Cheese. Traditional from Bogota.
- Lechona - Stuffed Pork and Rice. Traditional from Tolima.
- Sancocho - Chicken or Beef Stew/Soup.
Drink
- Ron / Rum - Made from sugarcane. Served neat, on ice, in cocktails, or as shot. The majority of Colombian rum is distilled in the region of Antioquia.
- Aquardiente / Fire Water - an anise-flavoured liqueur derived from sugarcane. Served neat or as shot.
